For 48 years, Mrs Savage has brought creativity, imagination and a little magic to Chapman Primary School.

Now, her famous suitcase of classroom surprises has inspired Mrs Savage’s Suitcase, a picture book written by Jacinta Froud and illustrated by students from the school.

The story celebrates a much-loved teacher who has inspired generations of Canberra children.
