Braidwood teen Brodie Parsons learned how to cook donuts.

After watching tutorials on youtube, and mastering a number of flavours, Brodie began his own business, Oscars Donuts, dropping sweet treats to residents during the pandemic.

Today Brodie has a food van, selling vanilla glazed, lemon maple, passionfruit, and Kit Kat donuts.
