The new owner of Canberra’s Pialligo Estate has promised locals concerts and quality, but affordable food.
Speaking to Hit 104.7’s Wilko & Courts, restaurateur and head of Create Catering Anthony Whitehouse said there would be plenty of concerts for Canberrans to enjoy once they open their doors on July 1.
It follows news Pialligo Estate was given new life by Whitehouse, in partnership with property tycoon Tony Denny. Whitehouse has a long history as a restaurateur, in Australia and the UK, one of his restaurants earning a Michelin Bib Gourmand.
