There’s been another blow for Big Splash.

Canberra’s iconic water park has reportedly been repossessed by its lenders, with a Notice of Possession now placed on the fence at the site.

The Government says it is aware of the notice and has confirmed the deadline for Big Splash to resume operations under its Crown lease remains January 23. It has also reiterated there are no plans to re-zone the site.
