Ever had to stand behind a Karen in line at the supermarket, while she complains to the checkout chick?
A report by BizCover has shown which Aussie cites have the most ‘challenging customers, and which annoying things customers across the country seem to do most.
With over 2000 responses from customers, workers and business owners, they revealed the most toxic traits across retail stores.
- Complaining about prices.
- Splitting bills with large groups of people.
- Deciding they don’t want an item in a shop and leaving it somewhere random.
- Unnecessarily loud and rowdy behavior.
- Bringing food or drink from outside.
Australia’s capital cities were also ranked, with the city claiming the MOST ‘challenging customers taking out number one spot.
