Forget Pikachu and Sonic. Budget-conscious trick-or-treaters can apparently transform into “Electric Chinchilla”, “Blue Speed Mouse” or even “Witch Hunter Gary”.

But the standout has to be the unforgettable “Pubescent Frog of Silent War”.
