Yesterday, former leader Leanne Castley stepped down from the role of the Liberal Party, leading to the election of new leader, Mark Parton. Deborah Morris will serve as deputy leader with former deputy Jeremy Hanson also quitting.

Mark had some choice words about the focus on the internal conflicts of the party, but is making it his mission to unite the party in the lead up to the next election.
