Meet Canberra’s Chief Croissant Consumption Officer

In honour of National Croissant Day, Three Mills Bakery has today officially appointed Canberra resident Melissa Myrteza as its inaugural Chief Croissant Consumption Officer (CCCO).
Melissa managed to score what was arguably one of the city’s most in demand jobs after the local bakery, earlier this month, put out a call for submission of just 25 words or less online.

“Her creative entry into the competition let us in on the fact that she is a self-proclaimed croissant aficionado with a sexy croissant inked on her ankle.” A spokesperson for the Bakery said.
“Proof of her croissant love in tattoo form, that was enough for us!”
As the newly crowned Chief Croissant Consumption Officer Melissa will be able to walk into any of the four, Three Mills Bakery Locations across Canberra and grab a croissant on the house every day for an entire year!
