In the depths of a Canberra Winter, there is nothing more satisfying than the comfort of a freshly baked donut, pit or loaf of bread. Whether it’s for brekky, lunch or dinner, baked goods are an essential part of Winter survival.
Evoke Bakery in Curtin is making national headlines for their excellent baking skills.
The small bakery earned not one, but wo ribbons for their first time entering the National Artisan Baking Competition run by the Baking Association of Australia.
The team earned second place for their croissant, and third place for their white baguette.
Co-Owner Tom Lambert spoke to Hit 104.7’s Wilko & Courts about his favourite items on their menu.
