It’s National Science Week, and Canberran researcher Dr Karina Judd has the perfect way to celebrate.

Her one-woman cabaret Rock Hard! The Geological Cabaret is on at Canberra Theatre Centre this weekend, exploring geological and earth sciences in a way that’s both smart and sexy.

By day, Dr Judd conducts science-engineering-social science research at the Australian National University to make the zero-carbon transition more people-friendly.

By night, she moonlights as ‘Roxie’ in her award-winning adults-only show.
