References to BMI, weight and calories, are being scrubbed from health lessons in the national school curriculum.
It’s part of a campaign also discouraging teachers from getting students to assess their own weight or keep food diaries.
It’s amid concerns it could lead to eating disorders.
However, radio announcers from Hit 104.7 Wilko & Courts think there should still be an emphasis on making sure children know about maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
