Beginning on Saturday October 18th, The Australian Masters Games will celebrate their 20th edition right here in our Nation’s Capital.

According to their website, ‘The Australian Masters Games is one of Australia’s largest premier multisport festivals with an extensive sport program offering over 50 different sports. It is also the only true national master’s event, bringing participants from all over the country and the world, to different cities and venues.’

With athletes competing in sports such as Netball, Walking Football, Yoga and Ten Pin Bowling just to name a few, there us something for everyone to participate in and watch. Registrations have closed but spectators are encouraged! Not only are there sporting events, the social aspects of the Masters Games are a huge drawcard.
