The Democracy Sausage Map returns for the referendum

Aussies right around the country will hit polling booths this weekend to have their say in the Voice to Parliament referendum.
Regardless of which way you’re voting, there’s one thing we can all agree on – it’s not polling day without a sausage sizzle.
As has been the case for the past few Federal and ACT elections, the Democracy Sausage Map will be up and running again this weekend, sharing the details of where you can find your fix of mandate meats, ballot barbeques and survey snags (or whatever else you like to call them).
However, for those not looking for such a meaty affair, the map still has you covered.
It’s got details from school and community groups who are also hosting bake sales and coffee vans as well as listing the dietary options available at each site such as gluten free and vegetarian.
If you’re a group hosting a stall near a polling booth this weekend, there’s also still time to jump online and submit you event for others to find on the map.
