What does Canberra taste like?

That’s the question the city’s newest Gelato store is looking to find out.

Florence Gelato wants to hear your suggestions with the plan to create Canberra’s official flavour, which will be available at its shop inside the new Capital Food Market in Belconnen.

The question was put to Canberra on Friday, with the first suggestions already coming in – some sound delicious, others are a bit more unhinged.
