Local bus drivers have helped to grant a very special birthday wish for one lucky 4-year-old.

When asked what she wanted this year, the little girl simply said she’d like to ride the bus.

Once the crew found out, they pulled out all the stops, making time for the driver to chat with the young passenger.

They even prepared a special gift bag complete with carboard cutouts of the bus and all the Transport Canberra merch a 4-year-old could dream of.

‘We couldn’t resist’.
