Aussie women will receive better access to help for endometriosis care and services with the Federal Government committing 49.1 million dollars

The funding has been dedicated as part of the upcoming budget to help tackle the disease, which affects more than a million people nationally.

From July 1 2025, women suffering from the debilitating disease will have longer specialist consultations of 45 minutes or more covered under Medicare.
