Is Jackson Pollock’s ‘Blue Poles’ leaving the capital?

A media release from the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Communications says so.

It says the prized painting is heading to the Art Gallery of Western Australia.

This is the first time the painting has been loaned to an Australian venue by the National Gallery of Australia since 2003.
