A coffee cake from the Bungendore Show has gone viral after receiving one VERY thorough judging critique.

Long-time Country Women’s Association of NSW cookery judge Elise Schrader praised its texture and coffee aroma, but the troublesome oven, incorrect icing and springform-tin wrinkles did not escape her expert eye.

Now, there’s only one question left: who baked it? Because the mystery baker has a story to tell and, ideally, another cake to make.
