Canberra’s Ryan Nguyen is known for his milk frothing, coffee pouring, and latte creativity.

Ryan has been named the best barista in the nation’s capital, and will now head to the MILKLAB Barista Battle finale in Melbourne this Sunday, with the winner to be crowned MILKLAB’s next Master Barista along with a $5,000 prize.

Ryan is among 7 Barista Battle finalists from across the country who will showcase their latte art prowess, with judges in search of baristas that can create the finest latte art pour.

Ryan spoke with Hit 104.7’s Wilko & Courts ahead of the big competition on Sunday.
