The skies above Lake Burley Griffin are set to come alive in January with a first-of-its-kind Drone Show lighting up over 3 nights.

Each evening will see a trilogy of stories told in the skies above Canberra, through the use of 600 individual drones, a bespoke soundtrack, and key choreography.

Organised by the National Capital Authority, the show will take place over the Australia Day long weekend, prompting locals to reflect, respect, and celebrate what it means to be Aussie.

But it won’t just be the skies that’ll be full of fun with Night Markets also being held, playing host to food & drink vendors, musicians, and roving live performers, by the team behind the Little Burley and Haig Park Markets.

You can check out all the action Jan 25 – 27 from 5pm-11pm each night, find out more info about the event here.
