Canberrans are tired of seeing AI slop around town – according to Reddit.

A post to the Canberra Reddit page complaining about businesses using AI to make their marketing materials has received plenty of comments.

Most of them agree that AI posters, flyers and menus leave a bad taste in their mouth, with some going as far to say they won’t support the business if they use it.

And now the person who created the Reddit post has started an Instagram page, @CanberraAIboycott, to keep calling it out.
