Kenny Koala’s ‘right-hand’ man David Packwood retires

After 7 years working with Constable Kenny to keep our kids safe, Constable Kenny’s good mate, David Packwood is retiring.

In that time David and Constable Kenny have spoken with more than 198,000 kids and visited over 8700 schools.

ACT Policing has publicly thanked David for his commitment and dedication to the program, saying in a statement:

‘”He will be missed by everyone, and we wish him all the best in his retirement.”

From Term 2, David’s colleague Emily will be Constable Kenny’s new handler and helping Kenny make sure kids Stay Ok.

David spoke to Hit 104.7’s Wilko & Courts about his last day on the job.
