A personal letter to Canberra parents

The first day of school is a BIG milestone.

HUGE.

All of a sudden your little baby is not quite so little, wearing a school uniform and popping that backpack on that’s way too big for them.

This week thousands of little kids made their way through the school gates for the very first time.

Hit 104.7’s Courts, from the Wilko & Courts brekky show was one of the parents taking her little one to the school gates for the very first time.

Courts read out an emotional letter she’d written to her fellow parents, who might be feeling all the emotions she was.
