Say Bonjour to L’epi Artisan Bakery and you are instantly transported back to Paris!
Authentic French-style baguettes, delightful sweet treats, pastry goodies and 13 varieties of sourdough bread, it’s hard NOT to walk out of there with one of everything!
The owner of L’epi Bakery, Ignace Diompy, trained as a baker in France and we are so fortunate he discovered home in Canberra with he’s young family.
Ignace’s vision is all about the local community and customer happiness and happiness is exactly how you will feel as soon as you walk through the door.
Now let’s talk Christmas! L’epi now offers catering options which are perfect for your festive gatherings. Their Panettone is simply to die for! I was gifted a slice with my flat white and couldn’t leave without buying one. For those that don’t know what Panettone is, think of a fluffy sweet fruit bread that literally melts away in your mouth. Beautifully wrapped in cellophane, it makes the perfect gift to bring along to your Christmas gatherings, when the host tells you to bring nothing! Here’s the hot tip, this one tastes nothing like the Panettone you buy in the box. There will be no leftovers once everyone starts tucking in.
They have three locations across the capital: Chisholm Village, Kambah Village Shopping Centres and Crust at the Fyshwick Markets.
Tout simplement magnifique!
