Calling all hairy Canberrans – the hunt is on for this year’s Beard Meister!

The annual competition is back as part of this year’s Oktoberfest celebrations in Canberra.

Judges are looking for those rocking the facial follicles to show off their very best coifs, crops, curls, colours, cascades and even comb-overs.

There are three awards up for grabs:

• Best Beard
• Best Moustache
• Best Facial Hair (crowd favourite)

It’s a second chance for fuzzy faced locals to show off their goods after King O’Malley’s annual beard comp crowned its own Best Beard in Canberra back in September.

Oktoberfest Canberra is being held at the Harmonie German Club in Narrabundah this year Friday 27 Oct – Sunday 29 Oct.
