This morning while driving to work Courts, from Wilko & Courts on Hit 1047, noticed a man (presumably) helping the local council out.

He was getting stuck into the lawns on the side of the road on Drakeford Drive next to Hungry Jacks.

Maybe not so weird, except that it was 3:55am!
