Picture this: you’re at the races in Canberra and the race is photo finish. The horses cross the finish line and behind them is a miniature model of Parliament House, so it looks like the horses are racing in front of it.

Well, that is how things used to go down at Thoroughbred Park, until storm damage ruined the model of Parliament House.

So now they’re wondering – do we replace it or rebuild?
