If you’ve ever wanted to be an actor, now could be your chance?

The call is out for locals keen to play extras roles in an upcoming shoot for a TV show here in Canberra.

Acting studio Perform Australia is coordinating the casting call for the series and is remaining tight-lipped about the project – simply telling us it’s a ‘comedy show’.

They’ve also told us they’re looking for a range of looks, sizes, ages and ethnicities and that the production company has requested people with natural hair colours and appearance (i.e. no green/pink hair etc, no extreme piercings and visible tattoos etc).

Shooting will take place on weekdays, which you can nominate the days of the week that you are available, between November and December this year.

The best part of all, it’s also a paid gig for those successfully casted.
