Raiders on Mix is back in 2023 with an expanded presence and even greater coverage.

This year, every single Raiders game will be called Live on Mix106.3, including for the very first time, matches played by the newly formed Raiders side in the NRLW competition.

Phil Small, in his 27th year of calling Raiders clashes, will be again be joined by Chris Coleman, ‘Raider Nick’ Risteski and Adam Jansen in the commentary box along with the new addition of journalist Samantha Rose.

“I’m so excited to be involved in the Raiders on Mix team, in what will be a historic year for the NRLW as the competition expands to ten teams.” Rose said.

“Growing up just down the road in Goulburn, I never dreamed of seeing a women’s comp, It’s something that my sisters and I would have loved to have seen.”

“We’re waiting to see any signings for the Raiders NRLW squad, but I can’t wait to watch their inaugural year – It’s an exciting time for the NRL, and women’s sport.“

Mix106.3 General Manager Craig Wagstaff says “The live radio commentary of each and every NRL and NRLW match is not only exclusive to MIX106.3 here in Canberra but something, we’re advised, is unique to the Canberra Raiders across all teams in the NRL and NRLW.”

“Our already fantastic team has been strengthened even-further for 2023 with Samantha Rose – experienced not just on-air but as a host, MC and via her multi-media work.”

Raiders on MIX will call their first game of the season tomorrow (March 4) when the Raiders take on the Cowboys.

You can catch the calls live on Mix 106.3 and online via streaming apps.
