It feels like just yesterday we welcomed the launch of Canberra’s very own Monopoly board after years of campaigning.

Well, it seems that success has inspired of the Nation’s Capital’s nearest neighbours.

The regional town of Bungendore, about 40kms east of Canberra, has now decided they want a slice of the fun.

The town’s Rotary Club commissioning its own limited run local edition which, while not set to be officially sold in stores, will be sold to raise money for the club.

A member of the Mix106.3 Drive Show, Gabi Elgood, is a Bungendore local and brought the news to the team – leading to plenty of speculation and slander as to what might be included on the board:
