Having been reborn in recent months, we knew we had to see it for ourselves, especially in the lead up to a pretty special event they’re holding in October.

Driving in, you’re greeted by a perfectly manicured garden and spectacular fountain which sets the scene for the beauty of the sprawling Estate that includes multiple buildings, each with their own purpose, an olive grove and vineyard.

Pialligo Estate is as stunning, if not more so, than I remember and if you were thinking of checking it out for yourself the best time would have to be for their upcoming Food and Wine Weekend!

The weekend (on the 4^th and 5^th of October) is jam packed with something for everyone to enjoy;

You could book in for a delicious Dinner or Lunch hosted by MasterChef winner Callum Hann or if you want to see Callum in action you could check out his live cooking demonstration. If you’re not familiar with Callum he has participated on MasterChef 4 times; in 2010 he came 2^nd when he was only 20, he returned in an All Stars version in 2012 winning the series and most recently came runner up again in 2025. On top of his MasterChef fame Callum also owns a number of restaurants, a cooking school and has written 3 cookbooks so you might say he knows his stuff.

If Gin is your more your thing though you will also be well catered for with a Gin Masterclass hosted by The Martini Whisperer,

And of course you can’t go to Pialligo Estate and not participate in some Wine Tastings in The Glasshouse before you relax on the lawns with your vino and enjoy the view while listening to some live entertainment.
