Aussie rock trio Spiderbait will make their way to the Nation’s Capital next month, taking to the stage inside Civic’s iconic Sydney Building.
The ‘Black Betty’ singers are as brash and confident as they are strange and uncompromising and show no signs of slowing down after more than 3 decades on the scene, with a new album set to drop next year.
The band will be playing at the brand new ‘Fun Time Pony’, the first of three new venues being launched by the Rabble Group as part of an ambitious plan to revitilise the corner of the Sydney Building at Alinga St and East Row.
“Fun Time Pony is our answer to Canberra’s thirst for dynamic, unforgettable entertainment.”
“We’re thrilled to launch this space that combines the best of live music, nostalgia, and late- night shenanigans,” Rabble Group Founder, Wes Heincke says.
However, Fun Time Pony promises to be more than just a rock dance-club, embarking on a mission to switch-up the way Canberrans experience live music.
Fun Time Pony launches Friday 17 November 2023.
