It’s an election year in the ACT, with plenty of chat around community infrastructure, particularly in the suburbs.

An opinion piece by Journalist Lucy Ridge in the Riot Act claims the ‘original design of Canberra included suburban shopping centres that were intended to act as community hubs, as well as providing local services and products.’
